Here's a Recap on the Course Format and How We Will Work Together:

Vitality is a 5 week online group study course with a highly integrated approach and each module will focus on a specific area related to optimum health from the inside out. You will receive wisdom + insight from a new Expert each week who will hone in on the module’s topic while offering time for Q & A each session. This course will feature world-renowned Experts with innovative techniques, cutting edge information and ancient teachings

Live Group Sessions for 5 Weeks
  • 1 group session each Tuesday from 8.30 am - 9:00 am PST with a featured Expert Speaker followed by Q & A from 9.00 - 10.30 am PST
  • 1 group coaching session each Friday from 8:30 am - 10 am PST
  • There will be 2 Friday’s with featured Experts versus group coaching.
  • If you need additional coaching, please add on 1:1 support with Jenny.
Community 
  • There will be assigned accountability partners for support throughout the 6 weeks

Weekly Guest Experts
  • Learn from world renowned leaders in health and wellness space for an elevated experience with cutting edge tools and  ancient practices to optimize your health from the inside-out. 
Private Sessions 
  • one 45 minute 1:1 session with Jenny before the course begins. This will clarify your intentions for the 5 week course and set you up for success.
  • To complete the course, Jenny is offering every participant one 45 minute 1:1 session to integrate the learnings and identify next steps to optimize their life moving forward.
Practical Application 
  • 40 day morning practice

Before we begin on October 19th, it will be supportive to create a sacred space to complete your course of study.

Please make sure you have the following items prior to our first session:
 
  • A candle that helps you feel connected and grounded. 
  • A journal to write your weekly prompts in that feels good to open up and express yourself openly and freely. This journal should be specifically used for the Vitality course. 
  • A pen (or several) that writes well as you take notes throughout the 6 weeks. 
  • Identify a sacred space in your home or the location you will be during our 6 weeks together. Make sure that this space is comfortable, welcoming, free of distractions (as much as possible), and private for you. I recommend that this be a space in which you would meditate, write, and use as a way to reconnect to yourself and the Divine. 

It is time to reclaim your health from the inside-out.
